What is printing thickener?

Printing thickener is a functional additive used in textile printing paste. Its main function is to adjust the rheological properties of the printing paste, so that it has good fluidity and viscosity stability, so as to ensure that the pattern is clear, the penetration is uniform, and there is no sticking phenomenon during the printing process.

Main design concept of printing thickener reactor

1. Precise reaction control

• Multi-stage stirring system (anchor type+turbine+dispersing disc) realizes rull-range mixing of materials.
• Temperature control accuracy ±0.5℃ (PID three-zone temperature control).
• Online pH monitoring (0-14 range, ±0.1 accuracy).

2. Nanomaterial compatibility

• High shear dispersing module (speed adjustable 0-3000rpm).
• Special flow channel design preventd nanoparticle deposition (fillers such as SiO₂ are dispersed to D90<200nm).
