1. High speed shearing and rapid dispersion
Equipped with a sawtooth dispersing disc with a rotation speed of up to 0~1500rpm, it generates violent eddies and shear forces through high-speed rotation, realizing rapid wetting, depolymerization and uniform dispersion of powders in liquids, greatly shortening the mixing time.
2. Multiple structures and flexible configuration
It provides multiple structures such as hydraulic lifting, vacuum type, explosion-proof type, and double shaft composite type to meet different viscosities, process conditions and explosion-proof requirements. It supports customized automatic feeding, temperature control system and other functions, and is suitable for small-scale trials to large-scale production.
3. Precision manufacturing of main components
Key components are made of stainless steel for precision machining, and the shaft seal adopts corrosion-resistant mechanical seal or gas seal structure. The whole high speed disperser runs stably, is easy to maintain, and has a long service life.

Main Structure of High Speed Disperser
- Dispersion plate: High speed rotation shears the material to disperse the powder evenly.
- Lifting system (hydraulic/pneumatic): Control the lifting and lowering of the main shaft to facilitate cleaning and tank replacement.
- Mixing tank: Carries the dispersed material and can be made of stainless steel.
- Drive motor + inverter: Adjust the speed (usually 0 ot 1500rpm or more).
- Control panel: Speed control, start and stop, timing and other control functions.
