Main Structure of High Speed Disperser

Dispersion plate: High speed rotation shears the material to disperse the powder evenly.
Lifting system (hydraulic/pneumatic): Control the lifting and lowering of the main shaft to facilitate cleaning and tank replacement.
Mixing tank: Carries the dispersed material and can be made of stainless steel.
Drive motor + inverter: Adjust the speed (usually 0 ot 1500rpm or more).
Control panel: Speed control, start and stop, timing and other control functions.
