Fully pneumatic/explosion-proof design All electric components must meet the highest explosion-proof standards (Ex d IIB/IIC T4, etc.), and even employ fully pneumatic control to completely isolate electric sparks
No dead angles design The cylinder interior must achieve mirror polishing (Ra<0.2μm), and all connections must have rounded transitions to prevent hazards caused by residual material accumulation and drying
Remote control system During production, personnel must operate the equipment from a control room behind an explosion-proof enclosure, temperature, and current, as well as interlocking alarm and shutdown functions

Solid Propellant Sigma Mixer Process Control Configuration

1. High-precision vacuum system

Air bubbles are absolutely prohibited in the propellant; otherwise, a sudden change in the combustion area during launch will cause an explosion. The solid propellant sigma mixer must possess extremely high vacuum holding power (typically above -0.098MPa).

2. Multi-segment jacket temperature control

The propellant is extremely sensitive to temperature (typically requiring control between 50℃ and 60℃). The equipment must be equipped with a precise heat transfer oil circulation system, with a temperature control accuracy of ±1℃.
