What is triple shaft mixer?

Main Structure of Triple Shaft Mixer

• Trixial Mixing System: dispersing discs (for shearing and dispersing) + "山"-shaped blade (for propelling the flow of highly viscous materials) + butterfly blades and scrapers (for assisting in scraping and homogenization).
• Hydraulic Lifting System: Facilitates  vertical movement and cleaning operations.
• Vacuum System (optional): Used for degassing and de-foaming to improve product purity.
  
• Heating/Cooling System: Jacketed temperature control ensures stable reaction.
• Variable Frequency Control System: Allows for independent control of the three shaft speeds, achieving precise process matching.
