Working Principle of Ribbon Mixer

When ribbon mixer is started, the outer ribbon pushes the material from both ends toward the center, while the inner ribbon pushes the material from the center toward both ends, creating a bidirectional flow that rapidly and uniformly mixes the materials.

This convection shear mixing principle achieves uniform mixing within minutes and is suitable for mixing low-viscosity powders, granules, or small amounts of liquids.
