Triple Shaft Mixer Structure
- High-speed dispersing disc: Provides strong shearing and rapid dispersion of solid-liquid systems such as polyurethane prepolymers, fillers and pigments.
- Low-speed "山"-shaped blade (with bottom and wall scrapers): Promotes overall material circulation, preventing adhesion to the cylinder walls and maintaining uniform heat transfer.
- Medium-speed butterfly blade: The hollow design ensures full material circulation, ensuring more uniform mixing and reducing dead spots.
- Vacuum system: This system allows for simultaneous degassing during dispersion, removing bubbles generated during mixing and preventing post-curing defects.
- Heating/Cooling jacket: This system is used to control reaction temperature and maintainstable PU glue viscosity and reactivity.
