Battery slurry is a key material in lithium battery production and is divided into positive and negative electrode slurries. Its quality directly determines the battery's capacity, cycle life and safety. Battery slurry production line primarily disperses active materials (such as ternary materials, lithium iron phosphate and graphite), conductive agents, binders and solvents to form a highly uniform slurry. This slurry is then degassed and transported before entering the coating process.
Battery Slurry Production Line Equipment Configuration
- Powder dosing and metering system: Ensures precise mixing of active materials and conductive agents.
- Liquid dosing and metering system: Suitable for liquids such binder and solvent.
- Planetary mixer: Provides initial mixing of raw materials.
- Double planetary mixer: Equipped with a vacuum system, suitable for homogenizing and degassing high-viscosity slurries, ensuring slurry density.
- Pipeline pump and conveying system: Ensures continuous and stable slurry delivery.
- Automated control system: Monitors batching, mixing, temperature, vacuum level and conveying throughout the entire process.
Why choose JCT?
- In-house Manufacturing: Main equipment (double planetary mixer, feed metering system, etc.) is manufactured in-house, ensuring quality assurance.
