JCT's triple shaft mixer (powerful dispersing mixer) is a high-performance mixing equipment that integrates dispersing, stirring, shearing, emulsification and other functions. It is especially suitable for mixing high-viscosity or multi-phase system materials.
Detail Structure of Triple Shaft Mixer
1. High-speed dispersing shaft
- Equipped with dispersing disc or sawtooth disc.
- The speed is as high as 1000~3000rpm.
- It is mainly responsible for shearing and dispersing solid powders such as pigments and fillers so that they are fully distributed in the liquid.
2. Low-speed agitator shaft
- "山"-shaped blade, close to the cylinder body.
- Responsible for turning over materials, sweeping the wall, mixing and circulating materials up and down.
- Preventing accumulation in dead corners.
3. Medium-speed scraper/emulsifying blade
- Butterfly blade or spiral scraper blade.
- Enhance the mixing fluidity and assist in mixing the corners of the material.
- Some structures are equipped with scrapers that can automatically adhere to the wall to enhance cleaning efficiency.
4. Other supporting structures
- Vacuum system: used to remove air and avoid bubbles.
- Heating/cooling device: temperature control materials (electric heating, thermal oil, steam, etc.).
- Automatic feeding system: automatically add raw materials in a quantitative manner to ensure accurate feeding amount and reduce manual operation.

1. Multifunctional collaborative mixing
Triple shaft system covers low-speed stirring, high speed shearing, and medium speed compensatory mixing, and can simultaneously cope with complex material characteristics such as high viscosity, high filler and easy stratification.
2. High viscosity adaptability
Suitable for materials with viscosities ranging from hundreds of thousands of cP to millions of cP, such as structural adhesive, glass sealants, silicone sealants, etc.
3. Uniform dispersion and high efficiency
High speed dispersion shaft ensures rapid wetting and shear dispersion of the powder, greatly shortens the dispersion time, and improves product consistency.
4. Vacuum degassing function
Triple shaft mixer can work under vacuum, effectively prevent the generation of bubbles, and improve product density and performance.
