JCT's triple shaft mixer (powerful dispersing mixer) is a high-performance mixing equipment that integrates dispersing, stirring, shearing, emulsification and other functions. It is especially suitable for mixing high-viscosity or multi-phase system materials.

Detail Structure of Triple Shaft Mixer

1. High-speed dispersing shaft

• Equipped with dispersing disc or sawtooth disc.
• The speed is as high as 1000~3000rpm.
• It is mainly responsible for shearing and dispersing solid powders such as pigments and fillers so that they are fully distributed in the liquid.

2. Low-speed agitator shaft

• "山"-shaped blade, close to the cylinder body.
• Responsible for turning over materials, sweeping the wall, mixing and circulating materials up and down.
• Preventing accumulation in dead corners.

3. Medium-speed scraper/emulsifying blade

• Butterfly blade or spiral scraper blade.
• Enhance the mixing fluidity and assist in mixing the corners of the material.
• Some structures are equipped with scrapers that can automatically adhere to the wall to enhance cleaning efficiency.

4. Other supporting structures

• Vacuum system: used to remove air and avoid bubbles.
• Heating/cooling device: temperature control materials (electric heating, thermal oil, steam, etc.).
• Automatic feeding system: automatically add raw materials in a quantitative manner to ensure accurate feeding amount and reduce manual operation.
