High Speed Disperser Structure
- Dispersing disc: Located at the bottom of high speed disperser, responsible for shearing and dispersing materials, it is the main component.
- Shaft: Connects the motor the disc, and carries torque transmission.
- Motor: Provides power, often equipped with a frequency converter to achieve speed adjustment (generally 0-3000rpm).
- Hydraulic lifting system: Used to lift/lower the mixing head for easy loading and unloading and cleaning.
- Material tank: Container for materials, optionally with a jacket for heating or cooling.
- Control system: Optional PLC automatic control or manual button operation.
High Speed Disperser Working Principle
When the dispersing disc rotates at high speed, the surrounding liquid forms a turbulent circulation, which quickly draws the solid powder into the shear zone. Through strong mechanical shear force, turbulent impact and friction, the powder is refined, deagglomerated and evenly dispersed in the liquid phase.
