Laboratory 5L Double Planetary Mixer Structure
1. Frame
Provides overall support to ensure stable laboratory 5L double planetary mixer operation.
Made of stainless steel or carbon steel, with an optional anti-corrosion treatment.
2. Mixing cylinder
5L capacity, typically constructed of stainless steel, with a polished interior to prevent material residue.
Cylinder can be designed with a vacuum structure for vacuum degassing.
A matching jacket allows for electric heating, thermal oil heating, or cooling water cooling.
3. Mixing System
Double planetary impellers: Typically, these impellers are folding blades, claw or twisted. These two impellets rotate and revolve, covering the entire cylinder for seamless mixing.
Scrapers: As the impellers rotate, they scrape material off the cylinder walls and bottom, ensuring uniform mixing.
The clearance between the impellers and cylinder wall and bottom is small, making it suitable for high-viscosity materials.
4. Drive System
Powered by a motor and reducer, it ensures strong torque and adapts to varying material viscosities.
The agitator speed is variable frequency adjustable (typically 0-60 rpm for rotation and 0-30 rpm for orbital movement).
5. Lifting System
Electric or hydraulic lifting system facilitates loading and unloading of the mixing cylinder. Optional lifting of the cylinder or mixing system.
The cylinder is removable for easy cleaning and replacement.
6. Control System
Equipped with an electrical control cabinet to control stirring speed, lifting, heating temperature and vacuum level.
