The sealing form of the reactor is mainly composed of packing seal and mechanical seal. The composition of the mechanical seal structure of the reactor is composed of a stationary ring (static ring) 1, a rotating ring (moving ring) 2, an elastic member 3, a spring seat 4, and a tight seal. The screw 5, the rotating ring auxiliary sealing ring 6, and the stationary ring auxiliary sealing ring 8 are composed of components, and the anti-rotating pin 7 is fixed to the gland 9 to prevent the stationary ring from rotating.
Compared with the soft packing seal, it has the following characteristics:
1. The sealing state is very reliable in the long-period operation, the leakage rate is very small, and the leakage amount is generally only 1/100 of the soft packing seal;
2, the service life in oil and water media is generally up to 1 to 2 years or more, even in chemical media can usually reach more than half a year;
3, the mechanical seal friction power consumption is small, the friction power is only 10% to 50% of the soft packing seal;
