1. Polyurethane reaction kettle body: liner body SUS304 or SUS316L; outer casing is Q235-B or SUS304; insulating casing is SUS304. The surface of the stainless steel water tank is mirror polished, Ra≤0.6μm. The outer surface adopts mirror surface or 2B horizontal pattern plate. Jacket form: including full jacket, half-pipe jacket, detachable jacket. Thermal insulation material: filled with foamed pearl wool, rock wool or polyurethane to maintain the temperature difference from the outside and achieve thermal insulation effect. The surface treatment method of the shell: mirror polishing or 2B primary color matt or 2B matt surface matt treatment or paint treatment.
2. Upper cover: two openable movable covers (lower inclined bottom structure or lower conical bottom (or ellipse, butterfly) structure), upper and lower conical head structure or upper and lower elliptical (or butterfly) head structure. The inner surface of stainless steel is mirror polished (roughness Ra≤0.6μm), and the outer surface is machined to Ra≤0.8μm.
3. The bottom structure of the polyurethane reaction kettle: processed into the R angle by rotation, welded and polished to the inner tank without any dead angle, and inclined 5 ° toward the discharge port. It is convenient to discharge no residual materials.
4. Mixing device: top center (eccentric) mixing, the output shaft of the reducer and the mixing paddle shaft are connected by a detachable coupling, which is convenient for disassembly and cleaning. Stirring speed: 15 ~ 120r / min (fixed speed or customized); stirring paddle according to technological requirements: frame type, anchor type, paddle type, turbine type, etc., or designed according to customer\'s special requirements.
