How can JCT:PLC kneader prevent temperature rise of hydraulic system?

PLC kneader hydraulic system oil temperature and component surface temperature rise is a common problem, but if we do not pay attention to it will occur too high temperature, and temperature rise will be too high on the use of PLC kneader will have a certain impact, the following to see the main reasons for abnormal temperature rise of PLC kneader:
1. the temperature rise caused by use is too high. High ambient temperature, poor water-cooling conditions, too high or too low viscosity of oil, too high regulating power, hydraulic system mixed with foreign bodies caused by blockage, etc., will also cause oil temperature rise. Because of oil pollution and other reasons in the hydraulic pump can not suck oil caused by flat friction, will produce high temperature in the pump, and transfer to the surface of the hydraulic pump. The solenoid valve does not suck in place to increase the current, causing serious electromagnet heating and burning the electromagnet.
2. the temperature rise caused by improper design is too high. Oil tank capacity is too small, heat dissipation area is not enough; there is no unloading circuit in the system, the hydraulic pump is still high-pressure overflow when it stops working; the tubing is too thin and too long, too much bending; or the selection of hydraulic components is improper, so that the pressure loss is too large. Some of them belong to manufacturing problems, such as low precision of component processing and assembly, excessive friction and heat between moving parts, or serious leakage, volume loss, etc.
3. high temperature rise caused by wear of hydraulic components or leakage of system. When the hydraulic pump wears out, a large number of leaking oil flows back from the drainage chamber to the suction chamber, causing throttling and heating. The situation of the components is similar. If there is an accidental leak in the hydraulic system of kneader, throttling and heating will also make the oil temperature rise sharply.
If there is abnormal temperature rise in the above form of PLC kneading machine, we must pay attention to, must stop in time to check and find out the causes and solve in time, so as not to have a greater impact on the PLC kneading machine, hinder the follow-up of the corresponding work.
