High Speed Disperser Working Principle
The core of high speed disperser is a high-speed rotating serrated dispersing disc. When the dispersing disc rotates at a speed of 1000-3000rpm or higher, the liquid generates strong radial and axial circulating flows, allowing the powder to be rapidly draw into the dispersion zone, subjected to high-speed shearing, and uniformly dispersed into the system.
