Why is my high speed disperser so faulty?

High-speed disperser is a high-efficiency and multi-functional homogenizer widely used in adhesives, silicone sealants, silicone structural adhesives, black rubber, weathering adhesives, mildew glass adhesives, cosmetics, chemical products, batteries, Industries such as the food, pharmaceutical and plastic industries.
High-speed disperser working principle:
The jagged circular dispersing disc of the high-speed dispersing machine disperses at high speed in the container to complete the solid-liquid dispersion, wetting, depolymerization and stabilization process, so that the slurry is in a rolling annular flow, and a strong vortex is generated, and the surface particles of the slurry spiral downward to the bottom of the vortex. The turbulent zone is formed at 2.5-5 mm at the edge of the dispersing disc, and the slurry and particles are strongly sheared and impacted; the upper and lower beams are formed outside the region, and the slurry is fully circulated and turned; the laminar flow under the dispersing disc of the dispersing machine In the state, the slurry layers of different flow rates diffuse into each other to disperse.
Basic problems with high speed dispersers:
1. The whole machine vibrates greatly
The quality of the motor is defective. The dispersion medium in the mixing tank is too small to balance. The gravity point of the hydraulic cylinder block is not at the center of the entire transmission box, resulting in gravity eccentricity.
2. Hydraulic lifting failure
Can\'t drop or rise to reach height, hydraulic lift cylinders play deformation, oil pump pressure is not enough, lack of hydraulic oil
Whether the solenoid valve is faulty, whether the connection between the fuel tank and the lifting rod is blocked by impurities. If it is the reason of the tubing gambling, the oil of the fuel tank should be exported and filtered again. Look at the lifting and lowering guide bar to see if it is bent or deformed.
3. Mechanical lifting failure, can not drop or can not rise
First of all, see if the link sleeve in the color support under the lifting motor rotates, and judge whether the flat key is off. If the rotating sleeve of the reducer does not rotate, it is that the reducer has a flat key and the screw is not used for a long time without damage to the nut.
4. The stirring shaft does not move or can not meet the required speed
Look for the flat key between the pulley and the stirring shaft.
