Could you give me some tips of clean high pressure reactor vessel?

1.The reaction solvent should be charged from the discharge valve of high pressure reactor vessel, the residue was mostly washed,pour half of water into kettle for 10 minutes,then, it\'s suitable time to open the cover and you can clean the inner kettle.

2.When you clean, you must notice cleaning kettle cover,sampling valve,if you find some water in the inner kettle, please charge your nitrogen slightly.

3.As for high pressure reactor vessel you don\'t usually use, it\'s better to soak 70% ethanol,you can not tighten the screws.
