Instruction:

Reactor kettle is the main chemical react production equipment, which is widely used in resins, adhesives, paint, cosmetics, pharmaceutical and other chemical production.

Break down or Re-combined the molecule through mixing, Heating, cooling, Vacuumize, etc. Suit for polymerization, hydrogenation, vulcanization, nitration,etc.

The reactor is made up of body vessel, jacket vessel, gears, mixing devices, heating devices, cooling devices, seal composition,etc.

The auxiliary equipment:Head tank, distillation column, condenser, water separator, collecting cans, dilution tank, filters ect.

 

How to select the appropriate machine:

 

Example:The FYF-1000

 

FYF means the reactor kettle series(mainly for liquid, solvent making industry), 1000 means the design volume is 1000liters. The effect volume is about 80% of the tank, that means 800 liters/batch.

 

The daily production capacity depends on the reacting time.
