1. Mixing Method

Two groups of mixing paddles (∑ type, Z type or Fishtail type) with different rotating speeds are used for strong extrusion and shearing, so that a variety of materials (solid, powder, paste, liquid) can be quickly and evenly mixed.

2. Working Pressure

Vacuum type, pressure type, normal pressure type.

3. Heating and Cooling Method

Heat transfer oil circulating heating, electric heating in the jacket, steam heating, cold oil or cold water cooling.

4. Discharge Mode

Hydraulic tilting cylinder dumping, bottom discharge, screw extrusion discharge.

5. Manufacturing Materials

SS316L, SS321, SS304 stainless steel, Q235 carbon steel, special materials according to requirements.
