Sigma Mixer introduction

Sigma Mixer is a very effective equipment for mixing, kneading, crushing, dispersing and repolymerization of high viscosity, high consistency and high elasticity materials, which has the advantages of uniform mixing and high kneading efficiency.

Sigma Mixer can be diveded into vacuum type, pressure type and normal pressure type according to working pressure.

Sigma Mixer discharge mode: according to different material characteristics, hydraulic tilting cylinder dumping, bottom discharge and screw extrusion discharge can be adopted.

Sigma Mixer manufacturing materials: SS316L, SS321, SS304 stainless steel or Q235 carbon steel are usually used, or special materials can be used according to user requirements.
