High Speed Disperser Operating Procedue

Before driving
1. Check whether the oil level of the dispersion engine is filled to the specified position, the low should be added to the specified oil level, and the high should be placed to the specified position.
2. Check whether the tightness of the V-belt is proper.
3. The impeller should be rotated flexibly with no friction.
4. Check whether the fasteners are loose and whether there is any leakage in the sealing parts.
5. Turn on the main motor of the disperser and check whether the rotation direction of the stirring is the same as the direction specified by the equipment.
6. Confirm that the above inspection work is correct before driving.
Driving
1. Place the impeller in the center of the container of the disperser and press the lower button to lower it to the lowest position or the required position.
2. The two handles must be locked before driving.
3. Turn on the main motor and press the button according to the speed required for operation.
4. Always pay attention to the current during the operation. If an overload operation is found, stop the machine and check the cause. After taking measures, continue to operate the dispersion machine.
