What features does commercial planetary mixer machine have?

As is known to us, commercial planetary mixer machine is one kind of chemical mixing equipment with good sealing performance. So what features does commercial planetary mixer machine have?

1. The inner wall of the kettle is finished and polished by a large polishing machine. That is to ensure the movable scraper on the planetary mixer( for sealant) can completely scraped off the material on the inner wall of the kettle when rotating.
2. In the kettle twist frame paddle (multi-blade) has rotation and revolution, so that the material flowing in all directions, which can be in a very short period of time to achieve mixing effect.

3. The rotation and revolution of stirring paddle in the kettle both use frequency control(variable frequency motor), according to different processes, different material viscosity to choose different speed. The speed system would directly shows the speed of different stirring blades.
