The fluid process mixer is a high efficient chemical reaction vessel in many industries,such as resins, adhesives,paint, ink etc, fluid process mixer is also used for the production chains such as hydrolysis,crystallization,distillation,evaporation and storage in the industries of medicine, chemicals,food and light industry etc.

Fluid process mixer is made up of body vessel, jacket vessel, gears, mixing devices, heating devices, cooling devices, seal composition,etc. The auxiliary equipment:Head tank, distillation column, condenser, water separator, collecting cans, dilution tank, filters etc.

Fluid mixer is called reactor in JCT,we have FYF series,it\'s mainly for liquid, solvent making industry,The effect volume is about 80% of fluid mixer, if you choose 1000 Liter, the batch means 800 liter per time.
