Types of batch reactors in JCT

How many types of batch reactors in JCT? there are three types in chemical industries.they are stainless steel batch reactor,glass reactor, electric heating reactor.

Stainless steel batch reactor consists of the kettle,cover, jacket,agitator, gear, shaft sealing device and other components.Material are generally made from carbon steel, stainless steel, zirconium etc.

With stability and strength of metal,glass reactor is an excellent corrosion-resistant equipment.it put high silica linking with the inner surface of a steel container, with high temperature burning and finishing sticking on the metal surface, to become a composite article.

The electric heating reactor has many advantages,it heating rapidly,corrosion-resistant,high temperature resistant,no pollution and other characteristics, it\'s widely used in petroleum, chemical, rubber, pesticides, dyes, medicines, food and other industries, also used to complete the vulcanization, nitration, hydrogenation, alkylation condensation polymerization process.
